Izvleček:
Ministrstvo za okolje in prostor je imelo v preteklosti pestro zgodovino. Bilo je kar nekaj preimenovanj, pridružitev področij, razdružitev ministrstva in ponovna združitev, selitve arhiva sem in tja. Skrb za arhiv ni bila ravno prioriteta. Prav zaradi neodgovornega odnosa se je arhiv znašel v nemilosti različnih dejavnikov, ki so vplivali na njegovo postopno uničevanje. S povečanjem zavesti o stanju arhiva se je vzbudila tudi ideja o reševanju arhiva ter selitvi v bolj primerne prostore. V prispevku bova prestavili postopek od ideje do realizacije cilja – selitve neurejenega arhiva v nove prostore.

Abstract:
The Challenge of Moving an Unorganized Arhives
The Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning has had a varied history over the past. It has been renamed, field of authority were added, it was disintegrated and reunificated, the archival repositories relocated. Taking care of the archives was not a priority. Because of the irresponsible attitude, the archives was at the mercy of various factors that influenced its gradual destruction. With the increase in awareness of its condition, the idea of rescuing the archives and moving it to more suitable premises was also aroused. In this article, the authors present the process from the idea to the realization of the goal - moving the unorganized archives to new premises.
