We are pleased to announce that both issues of the journal Moderna arhivistika, Volume 8 (2025), have been published.
The journal began publication in 2018 and continues the tradition of presenting scientific and professional contributions in the fields of archival science, documentation science, physical protection, records management, and related areas connected to the issues of documentary and archival materials in archives, museums, libraries, and galleries. It brings updates in the theoretical foundations of archival science and documentation, professional procedures, research, standards, guidelines, best practices, projects, and programmes.
Since 2021, Moderna arhivistika has been included in the multidisciplinary bibliographic database with citation indexes Scopus, which contains data on more than 21,000 of the world’s most prestigious and influential scientific journals.
As of Volume 2023, the journal Moderna arhivistika has also been indexed in the EBSCO database.
