Namen prispevka je opredeliti pojme etika, etični kodeks ter pravo in pravna ureditev, predstaviti povezavo med njimi na področju varstva dokumentarnega in arhivskega gradiva ter poudariti pomen njihovega oblikovanja v Republiki Sloveniji.

Abstract:
Protection of Documents and Archives, Ethics and Law
The purpose of this paper is to define the concept of ethics, code of ethics and also law and legal regulations; to present the connection between them in the field of protection of documentary and archival records and to emphasize the importance of their formation in the Republic of Slovenia.
