Izvleček:
V pričujočem prispevku smo na kratko poskušali orisati spremembe pri uporabi arhivskega gradiva zunanjih uporabnikov v zadnjih letih v primerjavi z obdobjem pred tem. Sprejetje Splošne uredbe o varstvu podatkov (GDPR) je v določeni meri vplivalo na delo TV-arhiva in dokumentacije RTV Slovenija, saj je zahtevalo prilagoditev poslovanja. Ugotavljamo, da se število uporabnikov TV-arhiva v zadnjih letih povečuje, z nekaterimi ukrepi, ki so navedeni v prispevku, pa bi lahko njihovo število še povečali. Večjo spremembo predstavlja tudi pomembna pocenitev arhivskih storitev, predvsem presnemavanje s starejših analognih nosilcev, kar je bilo v preteklosti precej dražje. Z nižanjem cen storitev ter dajanjem digitaliziranih posnetkov na voljo javnosti na spletnih portalih lahko približamo dostopnost televizijskega arhivskega gradiva čim širšemu krogu prebivalstva.

Abstract:
Accessing Archival Material of TV Slovenija According to the New European Rules
In this paper, we tried to outline the change regarding the use of the archival material by external users in the past few years, and to compare this change with the data from the previous period. The passing of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has had a knock-on effect on the operation of RTV Slovenija Archive and Documents to a certain extent, as it demanded a certain adjustment of business operations. We have established that the number of TV Archive users has been on the increase and could be increased even further by certain measures mentioned in the paper. A significant price decrease for archive services, mainly re-recording from the older analogue data carriers, which used to be much more expensive in the past. By decreasing the price for our services and making digital recordings available to the general public on web portals, we can make television archival material more accessible to the broadest range of citizens.
