Izvleček: 
Avtorici v prispevku obravnavata več dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na javno arhivsko službo. Izpostavljata vplive sprememb arhivske zakonodaje ter zakonodaje na področju vzgoje in izobraževanja na ravnanje z najbolj perečo dokumentacijo, ki vsebuje osebne podatke udeležencev vzgoje in izobraževanja, od sprememb arhivske zakonodaje leta 2014. Z analizo postopkov odbiranja in prevzemanja arhivskega gradiva tovrstnih ustvarjalcev na primerih delovnih praks dveh enot Zgodovinskega arhiva Ljubljana primerjata opravljeno delo ustvarjalcev s ponudniki storitev in ugotavljata prednosti in pomanjkljivosti tako enih kot drugih. Inšpekcijski postopki arhivske in šolske inšpekcije glede nadzora nad dokumentarnim in arhivskim gradivom se, kot je razvidno iz zapisnikov inšpekcijskih nadzorov, večkrat prekrivajo, zato bi bilo po mnenju avtoric smiselno uvesti sistem medsebojnega obveščanja in s tem olajšati in izboljšati učinkovitost inšpekcij. Kritična obravnava sestave in uporabnosti enotnega klasifikacijskega načrta za vzgojno-izobraževalne zavode, ki je stopil v veljavo 1. 1. 2015, pa nakazuje nekatere pomanjkljivosti, ki bi jih bilo potrebno odpraviti za učinkovitejše pisarniško poslovanje.

Abstract:
Working Practices of the Historical Archives Ljubljana with Creators of Archival Records from the Field of Education - Functioning of the Archival Public Service in the Field of Education in Units in Ljubljana and Škofja Loka
In the paper, the authors discuss several factors relevant for the archival public service. They highlight the influences of changes implemented in archival legislation and legislation from the field of education regarding the most problematic issue of handling records with personal data of education participants since the novelization of the archival act in 2014. By analyzing processes of selection of archives of the aforementioned creators based on working practices of two units of the Historical Archives Ljubljana, the authors compare practices between creators and service providers and establish advantages as well as disadvantages of both. Inspection procedures of archival and educational inspection services regarding the inspection of records and archives often overlap, as is evident from records of inspection, so it would be useful to implement a system of reciprocal notification, thus improving efficiency of inspection services. Critical analysis of the system and functionality of the uniform classification plan and retention periods for educational institutions enforced on January 1, 2015, indicates certain fallibilities, which would have to be eliminated for a more efficient office management system.
