Prispevek govori o digitalizaciji arhivskega gradiva in pripomočkov za uporabo arhivskega gradiva v nemškem prostoru in opiše pristop k digitalizaciji v Mestnem arhivu Pforzheim od začetka, preko digitaliziranja pripomočka za uporabo fotografske zbirke, določil za odlaganje in hranjenje digitalnih kopij arhivskega gradiva pa vse do priprave strategije za digitalizacijo v arhivu.

Abstract:
Digitization in an Archival Institution: the Example of the City Archives Pforzheim
The article discusses digitization of archival records and finding aids for the use of archival records on German teritory. The author describes the digitization approach at the City Archives Pforzheim from its beginning, digitization of the finding aids for the use of the photograh collection, instructions for filling and storage of digital copes of archives to preparing the digitizaction strategy at the archives.
